Layer 1 checks of common/modules/buttons-box in a real layout: the module's CSS and JS in a
positioned 1280×720 area, with the row's scroll size compared with the region's client size and the
computed styles compared with the tester UI style. The labels R1–R28 are local to this module, not suite IDs.
